You can exchange your purchase if:

the size wasn't right, or
the product is faulty, or
it wasn't what you expected, or
you changed your mind.

How to proceed with exchange?

OPTION 1: In cases that you need to exchange your purchase URGENTLY, you can make a new purchase online for exchange item, then send back your original purchase for REFUND. Please state "replacement order" in the comment section when checkout online.

OPTION 2: Please return the article for store credit and then you can use the credit to order exchange item online. Store credit will be assigned to your account, if you made purchase without create account previously, please register an account before return the product. This exchange option may take between 5 to 7 working days to complete.

Please return your purchase in original condition within 5 days and you will be responsible for return postage. You should always retain and keep the tracking number of your return parcel for future references. We cannot process any return/exchange without a proper tracking number.
Articles with smell of perfume, smoke, etc., are NOT returnable.
And, for hygienic reasons, articles such as undergarments, socks and stockings, eyelashes, wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair, prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth are NEVER returnable.

You can return your purchase for refund if:

the product you are going to return is NOT a costume, or
the product didn't arrive within the promised time frame, or
you just want to return the product for refund, regardless the reason. ($20 or 20% per item restocking fee(whichever is higher) will be deducted from the refund value.) If you were offered FREE delivery previously, then refund amount will less further $20 or 20% of the item(s) you returned in addition to the restocking fees.
