You can defiantly wear that to get that Alice in Wonderland look for a costume. Alice’s has a white collar on her dress you can take some felt or lace and cute a strip of the white cloth you can either sew it on the dress or use some kind of sticky tape to stick it on there.
When you look at the real Alice she also has a simple and plain white apron on her dress, if you have an apron laying around your kitchen you can easily use that. Add some white tights and a black pair of shoes you are good to go, wearing your Alice in Wonderland costume.
